Welcome to Silent Motion Yoga & Coaching. We help people learn their true Self through training their bodies and minds. We employ both modern and ancient spiritual training and coaching methods. If you are a spiritual seeker, an athlete, a businessperson or just would like to feel more flexible in the body and more content and peaceful, we can help.

Many people don’t know of the amazing depth and reach of the ancient philosophy of Yoga and Vedanta. It is our mission to expand this awareness by working one on one with our students and coaching clients.

We often begin in Yoga with poses and postures, maybe some breathing exercises (pranayama) and a little meditation. This exploration can then deepen into a greater understanding of one’s internal Self, and in the process one begins to grasp the implications and different vision of that apparently external world. Our internal world is directly reflected in our internal understandings. Come and explore with us.
